Opening and welcome speech of the 10th Central European Congres on Food will start on 10 June, at 10:30 CET.
After the opening ceremony, plenary speakers will deliver their presentations.

CEFood congress
INVITATION

It is a great honor to invite you to the 10th Central European Congress on Food (CEFood) organized by Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will be held ONLINE on 10th and 11th June 2021

This Congress has a tradition of international, regional and local gathering.

Join us and become part of a creative network of experts, scientists, students, decision makers, farmers, consultants, managers of well-known food & feed companies, certification houses, laboratories, leading universities, agencies and associations.

Presented works will be published by Springer Nature Switzerland AG, in the Chemistry Group, portfolio Food Chemistry and Technology, under the title: 10th Central European Congress on Food- Proceedings of CE-Food 2021.

Paper submission

UPDATE (12th May)

All authors will receive ppt template/poster template and we would kindly ask you to prepare presentations/posters and send us in advance, but no later than the 7th of June. (info.cefood2021@ppf.unsa.ba)

Authors are invited to present their work no longer than 10 minutes per paper for oral presentations, and up to 5 minutes for a poster presentation. Instructions regarding the official platform, way of presentation, and link for different „rooms“, sessions will be provided in the coming days.

Full paper submission is extended until the 1st of June, please follow the instructions for the full paper presentation provided on the website, a submission should be done via online conference service (https://ocs.springer.com/misc/). 

An abstract should be at most 400 words, including title, authors, affiliations, and acknowledgements if there are any.

When submitting your abstract please indicate presentation type as oral or poster.

Accepted papers will be collected in a book and published in collaboration with
Springer.
